Data processed when the site is opened: the host's server log files (IP address, timestamp, requested resource, referrer, user agent) on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Coaching questionnaire: the details entered are processed via Digimedion's form service, delivered by email and stored in order to answer the enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (a) GDPR). Cloudflare Turnstile is used for spam protection.
Newsletter: signing up is voluntary and happens via opt-in (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). Consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
Meta pixel: loaded only after explicit consent via the consent dialog (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, § 25 (1) TDDDG). Without consent, no Meta script is loaded and no cookie is set.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
